Bibby Financial Services have an exciting opportunity available for a Cash Administrator to join us in Manchester on a hybrid contract. You will join us on full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £23,660.00 per annum, plus excellent benefits .

Your key duties as our Cash Administrator will include:
- Ensure that all securitisation daily timing/requirements are adhered to.
- Provide coaching and support to other team members.
- Responsible for the accurate input and allocation of cash, refunds, invoices and credit notes.
- Ensures that security is maintained within the systems and authorisation levels
- Responsible for daily balancing.
- Responsible for investigating all unallocated suspense items and all items due for repatriation.
- Any other duties or projects commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role, for which the role holder has the necessary experience and/or training.
What we are looking for in our ideal Cash Administrator:
- Working in an office environment in a role which required rapid and accurate handling of data or processes.
- Experience of regular client and internal team interaction demonstrating excellent customer service
- Understanding of generic internal systems and commonly used software packages such as MS Office
