Job Description We are looking to employ an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Graduate Inside Sales Executive to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The inside sales executive's responsibilities include updating the CRM system daily, upselling our suite of solutions to existing customers. You should also be able to conduct research on market trends and competitors' products.

To be successful as an inside sales executive, you should be committed to achieving sales goals whilst delivering an exemplary customer service. Ultimately, a top performing inside sales executive should be able to demonstrate strong communication, listening and organisational skills and have customer service at the forefront of everything you do.

Responsibilities:
Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional customer service.
Creating customer quotations advising customers on the correct solution based on their needs.
Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
Customer service calls to build relationships with new customers.
Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through emails, and inbound calls.
Liaise with other departments to ensure 'excellent' levels of customer satisfaction.
Make proactive sales telephone calls to lapsed accounts and potential new customers.
Work collaboratively to create awareness in the customer base of the full range of product offering within DeterTech.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service Skills.
Attention to detail.
Flexible, and self-motivated with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
