Role Overview:

As a Junior Talent Agent - Fashion & Stylist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, developing, and representing emerging talent within the fashion industry. You will work closely with the team to nurture the careers of our clients, securing them exciting opportunities and collaborations.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned talent, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and communication.
  • Develop and execute personalized career strategies for each client, focusing on their individual goals, strengths, and aspirations in the broadcast and entertainment industry.
  • Provide ongoing guidance, mentorship, and support to talent, helping them navigate career decisions, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry professionals, including producers, directors, casting agents, and executives, to identify new opportunities for talent.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote talent representation services and stay abreast of industry trends and developments.
  • Negotiate contracts, deals, and agreements on behalf of talent, ensuring favorable terms and alignment with their career objectives and values.

Requirements

  • Experience in talent management, talent agency, or entertainment industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to advocate for clients and build rapport with industry professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
