The perfect candidate for a Reach Truck Driver will have experience working within a warehouse environment, who are looking to build an ongoing career with a reputable company for the foreseeable future, training is provided from day 1 to ensure you can integrate into the environment. We do accept Reach Truck Driverthat previous in-house certificates as an assessment will be required.
The warehouse has a very warm feel, and you can sense the togetherness of the whole team whilst working there. Shift
Monday to Friday Night Shift
Safely operate a variety of commercial vehicles, including vans and flatbed trucks, to transport goods and materials to designated location
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securement
Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries
inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating company vehicles
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
Ensure the warehouse and loading areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times to comply with Company
Policy and Health & Safety Regulations
General Housekeeping including sweeping/cleaning up the warehouse
Previous experience as a Reach Truck Driver preferably in a commercial or warehouse setting - you will be required to be assessed
Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic vehicle maintenance
Familiarity with various types of vehicles, such as vans and flatbed trucks
Basic understanding of Maths and English
Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative working in a busy environment
Temp to Perm opportunity after completion of a successful 12-week service
Remote registrations or register onsite, the choice is yours
Flexible working to suit you, build your rota with our team in advance
