The Role This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, Top 100 law firm that offers specialist quality legal advice to individuals, based in Newcastle. Due to the development and expansion of the firm’s Clinical Negligence department, it is now seeking to appoint a Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Lawyer to run a caseload from inception to trial. The ideal candidate will have 2 + years of experience handling a caseload of Clinical Negligence claims and be passionate about providing client care. The Candidate 2 + years experience in Clinical Negligence Solicitor / CILEx / Lawyer Experience of running a varied caseload of pre and post litigated files Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail Excellent organisation and time-management skills Excellent client care skills Professional and effective communication with team members and contacts The Benefits & How to Apply Salary up to £55,000 Very competitive bonus scheme in place Hybrid Working 29 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays) plus Birthday and Christmas leave off Healthcare plan in place Employee Assistance Programme Ongoing training and development including an annual promotions process that is open to all staff Accessible to public transport (transport links to train, tram and bus routes) Apply in the strictest of confidence online and or via telephone – there is no need for a CV for an initial conversation.
