We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced cook to join our team a Matheson Road, Stornoway.

We are looking for a skilled cook to prepare delicious meals according to menu.

As a Cook your duties would involve menu planning, ordering, preparing ingredients and working

alongside the catering assistant.

In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: -

· 28 hours per week on a consistent 2 week rolling of 3 days in week 1 and 4 days in week 2

· No unsociable hours, dayshifts worked between 10am & 7pm with a 1-hour unpaid break

· Competitive hourly rate of £12.25 - £12.50

· Ongoing paid training and personal development

· Paid candidate vetting through Disclosure Scotland

· Opportunity for additional hours covering for holidays, training & other staff absences.

You must be able in moving around the kitchen and apt in multi-tasking. Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques will be an advantage.
