***Tradewind is partnering with a primary school in March to find a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a long-term role. The school prioritises enjoyable experiences, good manners, and positive behaviour, fostering resilience and confidence in students. The friendly, welcoming team of staff, who genuinely care for children, work to build strong, trusting relationships with parents and the community.
**Collaborate with staff, plan, and engage in professional development.
Possessing a Level 3 Qualification
Skilled in safeguarding procedures
