Candidates should have a deep understanding of what can scale organically online, a keen eye for social videos, and demonstrated experience creating short-form video content both on-the-fly and in longer lead projects. Experience in directing celebrity and non-celebrity talent would be hugely advantageous.
The ideal candidate will help deliver best-in-class video execution and is responsible for managing production resources (internal and external), timelines, budgets and final product delivery.

This involves conducting an in-depth analysis of trends, viewer behaviours and engagement metrics, as well as implementing thorough rounds of feedback on the content produced, to adapt and refine our video content strategy for maximum impact and audience engagement
