Our client is an award-winning digital-first accountancy group based in Norwich, with just under 100 employees.
They are looking for a Client Manager to join their Outsourcing Team, which comprises 10 members and primarily serves SMEs & OMBs.
In addition to managing the team and contributing to the department’s strategy, you will also take on the role of financial controller and ensure the team's work meets high-quality standards.
Responsibilities :
1. Reviewing the team’s work for quality control, including sales and purchase ledgers, VAT returns, P&L and Balance Sheets, and Management reports.
2. Preparing management accounts, and cashflow forecasts, and supporting budgeting efforts.
3. Overseeing the team’s training and development.
4. Collaborating with vendors to ensure they are utilizing the latest software and tools available.
Ideally, you should be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, possess experience with Xero, Dext, or Fathom, and be able to work in the Norwich office approximately 2 days per week.
This is a flexible hybrid role requiring 2 days in the Norwich office the rest being WFH. This is a supportive and positive team of chartered accountants and tax professionals, where it is evident that people enjoy working together.
