Contract Duration: 3 Weeks

Start Date: November 25th

Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a short-term contract? We are working with a client who have a requirement for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee a strip-out project at a garden centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage all site activities to ensure efficient operations during the strip-out process.

- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to ensure tasks are completed safely and on schedule.

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Maintain effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.

- Monitor progress and report on any issues or delays to project management.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Site Manager, specifically in refurbishment or strip-out projects.

- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

- Relevant qualifications or certifications (e.g., SMSTS, First Aid) are preferred.
