About The Role

We’re looking for an Engineering Lead to drive and execute the product vision and technology roadmap, responsible for leading the engineering team at Radilink. You will work directly under the CEO and will act as both a technology and business expert, making decisions that will impact the current and future operations of the company.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Design and implement architecting of the Radilink platform.
  2. Oversee the security of the organization and product ecosystem broadly.
  3. Set and manage software development processes, from setting team cadences to growing high quality and velocity.
  4. Work closely with the Product team to foresee their needs on the platform/Infrastructure side and manage the team's capacity on the Platform.
  5. Ensure that technological resources meet the company's short and long-term needs.
  6. Act as a mentor to team members.
  7. Manage technology budgets and time frames.
  8. Ensure all technology practices adhere to regulatory standards.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions.
  2. 2+ years as a Lead, managing and inspiring engineering teams.
  3. Proven experience in fast-paced FinTech environments, scaling horizontal products.
  4. Deep expertise in fintech, especially in payments, smart contracts, and stablecoin technologies.
  5. Skilled in building and launching products from ideation through iteration and scaling.
  6. Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  7. Advanced English proficiency with excellent leadership and communication skills.
We'd Love If You Have
  1. Experience building within web3 / with blockchain technologies, understanding of financial markets, and stablecoin economics.
  2. Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
  3. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications.

Interview Process

From the first to the final stage, we do our best to keep the entire process under three weeks. Our interviews take place via Meet and typically consist of the following stages:

  1. Internal Recruiter Call: 45 - 60 minutes
  2. Technical Workshop: 60 minutes
  3. Final Interview: 60 minutes
