Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) Driving licence is essential The Role: We are looking for an RLO to work with one of the UK’s leading property services companies. You must be compassionate and have experience within a background in property services, you will be working on a social housing decarbonisation fund which includes Retrofit – EWI, IWI, windows and roofing based in Brent valued at £6m p/a. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between residents and the construction/property services team.
  • Communicate project details, timelines, and updates to residents, ensuring they are well-informed and comfortable.
  • Address and resolve resident concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate access to properties for inspections, repairs, and construction activities.
  • Assist in organising and conducting resident meetings, forums, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Support the project team in ensuring minimal disruption to residents during construction and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or similar role in the construction/property services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with property maintenance, construction processes, and relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
