Analytics Manager - £59K depending on experience, plus benefits.
This global digital media agency is a global data and measurement-driven business whose mission is to make advertising more valuable to the world. Reporting into an Analytics Director and VP, you will be expected to work with senior client service, specialist and client teams to define how performance should be measured.You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate delivery provision of brand effectiveness projects across the measurement process from Measurement Plan to Post Campaign analysis.
We’re looking for someone with strong quantitative skills to guide investment decisions for one of the world's leading tech brands and you will be supported by a growing team of experienced analytics directors. The Analytics Manager role sits within the Analytics team, and great interpersonal skills will help you collaborate with teams across the agency - including media planning, client services and activation specialists.
Use your analytical skills and knowledge to lead a wide range of industry leading projects. Work with wider analytics teams & client leadership to deliver the projects to your clients.
• Scenario planning
• Develop measurement plans which feed into providing actionable insights for Brand campaigns or key Performance campaign initiatives.
• Work as a team to build compelling, data-driven stories in Post campaign reviews, presenting the results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrable and proven experience in a data & insight role; Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyse data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Technical experience in analytical programming languages - basic understanding of SQL is advantageous to support the team as needed, additional programming languages are valued.
• Equally importantly, a knack for presenting complex data in clear & simple formats that cuts-through the noise and allows audiences to focus on key insights.
• A natural collaborator, and enthusiastic about building relationships across agency disciplines.
• Previous experience managing or supporting junior members of the team
