This position is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, execution, and delivery of talent acquisition for executive-level roles across disciplines globally for Envision Group.
Build executive search & intelligence capabilities to drive and execute the best practices and advisory capability across the business line. Build in-house capability to deliver executive search, market mapping, market intelligence/insights, and assessment expertise. Support in the management 3rd party executive search relationships where appropriate whilst reducing their usage and demonstrating value through cost avoidance.
Support the Global Head of Talent Acquisition in developing the function; Ensure information is appropriately cascaded and that the team engages with wider projects and initiatives
Sponsor or lead continuous improvement projects
Uses data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise on the implications of talent gaps.
Uses storytelling to help others across the discipline to attract and hire candidates.

Leverages long-term relationships with communities across all relevant industries.
Takes an always-on approach to using all networking tactics to talent scout for Envision.
This is a senior individual contributor role.
Proven track records in executive search ideally in energy or broader industrial sectors.
Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically executive search gained either in-house or at an Executive Search firm, coupled with broad HR knowledge and exposure to HR COEs
Expert technical knowledge of executive search including accessing top talent, understanding market practices, and having the ability to consistently and proactively identify, locate, and attract passive executive candidates by utilizing advanced recruiting and networking techniques
Ability to build and foster relationships at the executive level on a global basis
