Finance Assistant

NXTGEN are working with a well-established and hugely successful business based just outside of Norwich, who are looking to bring in an experienced Finance Assistant. As Finance Assistant, your main responsibility will be to support the Finance Manager in the day to day transactional task. You will be mainly focused on the purchase ledger side of the ledger and will be working in a high volumed invoice environment, so accuracy and the ability to work well under pressure is key. This is however a varied role and you will be expected to support other finance duties listed below.
Produce bank reconciliations
Process staff expenses and monthly/ad hoc payments
Code and post Credit Card statements
Various other duties that may be asked of you by the Financial Manager
The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a finance assistant and/or purchase ledger.
