The purpose of this role is to lead a team that substantially contributes to the overall sales targets. Taking ownership of the end-to-end bid process, the Bids Manager is responsible for managing an opportunity from qualification through to contract award (for gold, silver, and bronze opportunities). Including developing the bid strategy, monitoring the value proposition, and messaging, managing the compliance and governance requirement, bid writing, along with managing risks and the bid project deadlines.
Collaborating with and coordinating a cross-functional bidding team, the Bids Manager will develop and deliver compelling and high-quality responses to new business opportunities, that are competitive and market leading.

Learning management system and Learner experience platform technology (Netex Learning Solutions)
Content authoring tool technology (Netex Learning Solutions)
Off the shelf training courses & training for organisations (Netex Training Solutions)
In addition, Netex also provide Edtech solutions for the academic and education marketplace.
Netex operates globally and has office in several international markets including Spain, UK, Mexico, North America etc.

~ 5 hours (Monday to Friday) including flexible working
~25 days holiday plus bank holidays increasing to 28 over 3 years (a day per year)
