This position offers the opportunity to partner with various business units to develop and implement strategic plans. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of RDS-related projects, each designed to shape the experiences of our Associates and contribute to their success at Mars. By aligning these projects with our organizational goals, you’ll play a key role in monitoring performance and leading the planning, scheduling, and reporting of portfolio-related activities.
A Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, Engineering or Computer Science is required.
Experience: We’re seeking someone with at least 7-10 years of experience in Portfolio Management, Program Director or Transformation Director roles, ideally with a proven track record of managing complex portfolios.
A solid understanding of project and portfolio management methodologies
Proficiency in project management software, Service Now preferred
A good understanding of financial management and benefits realization


Portfolio Management: Develop and implement strategic integrated plans for managing a diverse portfolio of projects.
Demand Intake: Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of proposed RDS projects.
Risk Management: Identify, monitor, and manage risks across the RDS portfolio.
Resource Allocation & Budget Management: Advise on effective RDS resource allocations across projects to optimize performance and efficiency.
Prepare and present detailed reports and insights on RDS portfolio performance.
