We are now recruiting for a Document Controller (Quality Assurance) to join an established business based in the Worcester area. The Document controller will be joining a passionate, friendly and growing team, you will oversee document quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of the production and development tasks. Also you will maintain the QMS system and update/amend documentation. As the Document Controller you will be responsible for :

  • Maintain the QMS system
  • Update and amend documentation
  • Carry out Internal audits
  • Oversee document quality & continuity relating to the implants and instrumentation that are manufactured in house
  • Troubleshooting problem areas
  • Assisting the Quality Manager in managing processes and controlling QMS documents
  • Maintaining quality documents
  • Conducting internal audits and supplier audits as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Document control, quality assurance or similar
  • Experience working with QMS systems
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 or ISO 9001 would be an advantage
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team
