Field Administrator We are looking for a Field Administrator to join our growing team of Property Inspectors in London. No previous experience is needed as full training is provided. With over two decades in the industry, we work with some of the country’s most respected corporate landlords and letting agents, our experience is second to none. About the Field Administrator role: We are looking for London based individuals looking for flexibility as this role allows you to choose your own work days / hours. You must also be willing to travel around London as this is not an office-based role. You will be expected to attend residential properties to carry out detailed property inspections at the beginning and end of tenancies, as well as midterm inspections. This includes, meeting with clients and tenants to collect and hand over keys. Dictating the current condition and cleanliness of the property at the beginning and end of the tenancy and taking photographs. The role is best suited to people who are naturally;

What we're offering:
  • This is a self employed position with the flexibility to choose your own work days / hours.
  • Full training is provided which consists of online and practical training with an experienced property inspector.
  • An eqivalent of £20.00 per hour once fully trained.
