As a Senior HR Business Partner at Brent, you will lead and manage the delivery of a professional HR service. You’ll also work with senior leaders across the Council to enable effective organisational change.
In this role you’ll need to understand the objectives and challenges of leaders’ business areas, while providing people management solutions and technical expertise to support the continuous improvement of services.
You will need to be able to develop strong relationships and support Brent’s leaders in workforce planning, always looking forward to the future.
We encourage flexible working, meaning you will have the option to work two days a week from home.
You will be a HR professional who is CIPD qualified to Level 7 and care deeply about making a difference.
It is essential for success in this role that you can demonstrate an ability to build relationships with stakeholders and work with leaders across the business. You will also require a comprehensive knowledge of employment law and employee relations, and have experience of translating this into effective advice, policy, and practice.
