We’re looking for a creative individual, who has experience in capturing and editing property images to a high standard. We brought to market over 1100 properties in 2023 as a group. We are now looking to invest into our second photographer as a result. You will be out on the road, meeting clients, representing the brand, and photographing their properties as well as completing floor plans (training can be provided for this)

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled photographer, who has a keen interest in property, landscape, and interior imaging. You will also be a good communicator who enjoys interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Ability to produce property photography to showcase our client’s properties to a high standard.

Ability to take high quality imagery of local areas and points of interest for marketing literature.

Ideally you will have experience in Drone photography and the necessary compliance surrounding this.

Producing technically and aesthetically beautiful images adhering to our brand guidelines and techniques.

Photography editing & videography.

Train to undertake floorplans, this will be on an ad-hoc basis when required.

Creativity towards continuous improvement and creative solutions.

In the event of no external diary appointments, report to line manager, for further photography projects/tasks.

Attend internal meetings where creative input is required.

Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and appearance, when attending appointments.

Attend occasional evening and social events to capture imagery of the event.

Personal Qualifications & Skills

2-3 years’ experience in a photography role or relevant qualification.

Drone photography and ability to train these skills would highly desirable.

Have a portfolio of exceptional studio-based work.

Adaptability in style, from people to product.

A can-do attitude when it comes to making sets/problem solving on a brief.

Understanding of working with a brand and how to leverage a brand through photography Knowledge/experience using DSLR cameras.

Understanding of working with files for print and digital-.

An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite workflow (Lightroom, Photoshop).

Working Profile

Flexibility is available for right person. We envisage our requirements currently to be.

Monday to Friday – 10.00am to 4.00pm with ½ hour Lunch (27.5 hours per week)

Between £18,500 and £22,000 pro-rata. Depending on experience.

(This is the fulltime equivalent of between £25,000 and £30,000)

All photography and IT equipment can be provided by Ashtons.

A branded car company can be provided by Ashtons.
