Your Role: Lead commercial activities for existing and new business requirements. Develop and deliver innovative commercial solutions for proposals and customer needs. Negotiate complex contracts and manage non-routine issues. Identify and manage contract changes to maximize opportunities and minimize risks. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to drive programme and bid financial performance. Create business cases and briefing materials for senior management reviews.What You Bring: Experience negotiating commercial agreements in Defence, Cyber, Training, or Aerospace. Relevant business degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication skills and a flexible, positive attitude. Strong knowledge of import/export legislation, especially ITAR. Experience in programme financial management and risk/opportunity assessment. Proven problem-solving abilities and performance-driven mindset. Experience in Customer/Subcontractor Relationship Management. Eligibility for or current SC security clearance (sponsorship available).Desirable: Experience with diverse government customers and international suppliers.
