ServiceNow Architect – required active SC clearance
Our client is seeking an experienced and visionary ServiceNow Architect to design and implement cutting-edge solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will act as the technical authority, collaborating with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to deliver scalable and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that align with business needs and objectives.

Develop and oversee the architecture of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategies and best practices.
Provide technical leadership for the design, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and SecOps.
Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, and optimised for performance by implementing ServiceNow best practices.
Lead the delivery of custom development and integrations with third-party systems using ServiceNow APIs, scripting, and tools.
Conduct technical assessments and health checks of existing ServiceNow implementations, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide guidance to development teams, mentoring on ServiceNow architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
Document architectural solutions, design decisions, and system configurations for stakeholders and development teams.

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role, with deep technical expertise in the platform.
Strong knowledge of core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or SecOps, with hands-on experience in implementing these solutions.
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow architecture, including multi-instance environments, data model design, and application customisation.
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and how they integrate with ServiceNow.
Knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow development.
