Our people are at the heart of our business and we’re recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. The duties of an IT Support Engineer include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.

IT Support Engineers are expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from all departments and executive levels. They are required to listen to their technical needs, understand their problems, and implement solutions to them.

You'll primarily be based from our Colchester office but with hybrid working available after successful completion of your probation and training period. This is an exciting time to join us as we’re rapidly expanding our global operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1st / 2nd line support to users via internal ServiceDesk
  • Assist in the provision and set up of new users
  • Users' administration in M365 / Entra
  • Participate as part of the Global IT Operations team
  • Participate as part on the on-call rota (paid)
  • Participate in IT Projects (where applicable)
  • Participate in IT Security Projects (where applicable)

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience of Microsoft tech stack, including Office 365 / Windows OS / Exchange online
  • Experience of dealing with general IT hardware (Laptops. Desktops, Monitors etc)
  • Knowledge of networking (to the extent of trouble shooting)
  • Experience of general application support for a wide range of different platforms
  • Any experience of travel related technology/Industry
