Exciting opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Registered Veterinary Senior Anaesthesia Nurse
We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced senior anaesthesia nurse to join our dynamic team and contribute significantly to elevating the standard of care for our patients. As a pivotal member of our clinic, you will play a central role in overseeing patient care, fostering a positive clinic culture, and upholding the highest standards of veterinary nursing. Your responsibilities will include leading and supporting junior nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and clinic protocols, and collaborating closely with veterinarians to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Situated just outside of High Wycombe (J4, M40), Buckinghamshire, Hamilton Specialist Referrals (HSR) is a purpose-built, state of the art veterinary hospital that provides the latest in specialist treatments for cats and dogs, supported by an exceptional rehabilitation and physiotherapy facility.
5T high-field magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and computerised tomography (CT) suite on-site, and the hospital has invested in the latest direct digital radiography systems (also known as radiographs or X-rays) (DR). We routinely use computerised gait analysis to aid in the diagnosis of complex multi-limb lameness and employ the same technology to monitor recovery from surgery. Despite working within such a large team, we pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly and supportive culture with a focus on development, clinical excellence, and gold standard patient care.
Our dedicated team has recently introduced a state-of-the-art HDU unit, a remarkable addition that significantly elevates the level of care and support we can offer to our valued patients. Our new facility is staffed with a dedicated team, whose primary focus is to cater for all our patient's specific needs.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours a week - 4 or 5 days per week and you will provide coverage for around 2 Bank Holidays annually.
