We are now seeking a talented Junior Fashion Designer to join our London team and play a key role in bringing our creative vision to life.

As a Junior Fashion Designer, you will support the design team in developing innovative fashion collections, working hands-on to translate emerging trends into standout pieces. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and has a genuine passion for fashion, trend analysis, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to create seasonal collections that reflect our brand’s aesthetic and resonate with the UK market.
  • Research and interpret current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and local market insights to inform design decisions.
  • Generate mood boards, sketches, and design concepts that capture our unique vision and align with UK fashion trends.
  • Assist in the development of technical sketches, CADs, and detailed specification sheets for production.
  • Participate in garment fittings and construction processes to ensure design quality and consistency.
  • Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to support efficient and high-quality production.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations, attending UK-based fashion shows, trade events, and exhibitions as needed.
  • Contribute fresh ideas and creative solutions to strengthen our brand identity and presence in the UK market.
  • Assist cross-functional teams on various projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in fashion design, ideally within the UK fashion industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern-making, and technical specification.
  • Sharp eye for detail and aesthetics, with excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented approach.
  • Familiarity with trend forecasting methodologies and tools is highly desirable.
  • Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is a bonus.
