We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled pre-sales engineer to join our growing team. The engineer will play a critical role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and tailored solutions to potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of our data recovery products and services. This position requires a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while addressing technical challenges and showcasing the value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements, understand their business objectives, and provide tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of [Company Name] products, services, and industry-specific solutions to effectively address customer pain points.
  • Act as a technical liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless transitions throughout the sales process.

  • Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle, addressing customer questions, concerns, and objections.

  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and webinars to represent [Company Name] and enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of [industry-specific] solutions, technologies, and market trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
