Job Title: Welding Supervisor
Shifts: Monday- Thursday 07:30- 16:45, Fridays 07:30- 13:30
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client who are a supplier and distributor are currently seeking a permanent Welding Supervisor to join the expanding team.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working alongside the Production Manager you will manage a team of 7 Welders, ensuring the smooth running of the welding department and making sure figures are hit, lead times are adhered to and able to take the role to the next level of Manager.
As a Welding Supervisor, your duties will be: -
" Ensuring production figures are hit on a daily/weekly basis.
" Responsible for making sure equipment and training needs are available for all the Welding team.
" Making sure products meet the quality standards.
" Recording damages and waste.
" The successful Welding Supervisor will have the following skills: -
" Knowledge of fabrication and pipe fitting would beneficial.
" 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
" Laptop and mobile phone provided.
