This brilliant Midland's agency has such a great reputation in the industry for delivering great work and a great culture. They are now looking to recruit a skilled and ambitious Performance Marketing or Paid Media Manager/Executive into their growing digital team.

As the Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for:
Helping to create, optimise and report on them
Overseeing all PPC, display, paid digital and paid social within the agency
Monitoring and tracking campaign budgets and bid adjustments
Analysing campaign performance and reports internally
Tracking campaign performance against KPI’s and objectives

To be considered for the role of Performance Marketing Manager you must be able to show you have:
Paid media experience that covers search, display, social and PPC. Any experience in SEO and web builds would be advantageous
A hunger to continue learning about digital and investing in keeping up to date with changes
Alongside a great culture and team, you'll get a salary of up to £34,000 for the right person, flexible and hybrid working and lots of opportunity for career progression and development.
