The Opportunity

This is an outstanding position for a Certification Engineer specializing in electronics, joining a well-respected company in their field. You’ll utilize your background in Electronics Engineering or Product Design, combined with knowledge of ATEX or UKEX standards, to carry out product testing. Your responsibilities will include assessing products, compiling technical reports, issuing certificates, and providing technical guidance to clients. This role is fully based onsite in Ellesmere Port.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity or experience with ATEX or UKEX regulations
  • A solid foundation in Electronic Engineering, supported by a relevant degree or HND/HNC qualification
  • Proven experience in a product design role as an Electronics/Electrical Engineer
  • Experience in designing or certifying products for hazardous environments would be highly desirable
