I am delighted to be working with this well-established client school of mine as it looks to engage an interim Deputy Headteacher (Teaching and Learning) for the remainder of the academic year. You will be working across the secondary and primary phases but your experience will be a secondary senior leader. Along with leading on Teaching and Learning across the school, you will also be responsible for the performance of the coaching model across the phases.
You will be an experienced senior leader who has worked at either headteacher or deputy headteacher level in a challenging school environment.
The role is 3 to 5 days a week. No teaching requirement. The school is in the Ofsted window. Rate: The client would ideally like to engage on a competitive day rate Inside IR35
