The UK operations of this global enterprise is looking for a 'fully charged' Technical Manager here in Ashford Kent.

The main Purpose of the role is to monitor the production schedule and ensure that workloads and capacity are in line, and guaranteeing that the defined objectives (productivity, quality, safety) are met.

Be involved in monitoring and resolving CAPAs (corrective action and preventive action): you will be responsible for creating, monitoring and ensuring that action plans are implemented.

Handle incidents and find solutions to ensure production.

Implement quality procedures and operating methods within the workshop.
Set up KPIs to monitor productivity, performance and stock value.
