Telesales Executive Location: Ashford, Kent

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for a driven, energetic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to support the Agency’s business strategy by delivering on small commercial telephone sales targets, maximising sales opportunities from the current pipeline of small commercial prospects, and booking appointments for the sales team.

Deliver small commercial telephone sales targets and support development of new business pipeline through high quality and targeted customer service. Outbound calls to existing and potential clients, obtaining general insurance renewal dates and new quotations to pass to the sales team to quote.
Positively impact Agency sales through prospecting new clients.
Produce up-to-date records for every customer interaction and contact, including regularly reviewing and updating data records to ensure accuracy.
Ensure all duties are carried out in a way which complies with relevant external legislation and regulation, internal compliance and other procedures and local Agency policies and processes.
Support the business development team with campaigns, helping to deliver upon required call volumes and converting leads into opportunities
Deliver ad-hoc projects and/or other duties as required, to support the delivery of business strategy and enhance customer experience.

Proven track record in targeted telesales/ sales role or appointment generator role
Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
Good IT skills especially Microsoft Office and the ability to effectively use NFU Mutual systems
Own transport & full UK driving licence
