As they continue to expand their operations, we are seeking a talented Contracts Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in our clients ongoing success. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of contracts from inception to completion. You will work closely with clients, Project Managers, and Subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in contract management within the construction industry (specialising within the flooring sector), strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As the Project Manager you will:

  • Manage all aspects of contract administration, including reviewing contract terms, preparing proposals, and negotiating agreements.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful project delivery.
The Project Manager will have:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • CSCS Card - Black
  • SMSTS Card
  • Proven experience in contract management within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and resources accordingly.
