You successfully undertake business development to generate new leads
You enjoy deploying creative sourcing methods and can create a strong presence on social media to educate about NES Fircroft’s opportunities and initiatives
Can build credible relationships with candidates and clients, demonstrating knowledge of the sector and the market conditions that affect and influence roles and rates

To be considered you need:
~ To be personable with strong communication and influencing skills.
~ Experience in the recruitment sector within permanent direct hire, contracting or executive search
~ Proven consistent billings year on year
~ Strong business development skills and commercial acumen
~ Solution orientated and effectively able to negotiate for a win-win outcome
~ Process driven to ensure high quality of service and best practice
~ Experience of managing a team of at least one individual
~3+ years’ experience in a recruitment role
~ Team lead/management experience preferred


What you'll get:
