  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with clients’ business objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our creative, digital, and ESG teams to coordinate efforts and deliver integrated communication solutions.
  • Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions and thought leadership.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance, using data and analytics to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management within a marketing communications agency or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering corporate reports - eg Annual Reports, Sustainability reports and more.
  • Examples of corporate branding projects
  • End-to-end management experience of corporate comms output - including websites, marketing collateral, social media etc.
Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
