Job Description Marketing Co-ordination Manager
York (hybrid)
We're working with a company seeking a Marketing Co-ordination Manager. This multifaceted role is perfect for someone who is process driven with people management experience.
You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our marketing operations, including managing leads and related processes, handling marketing inboxes and email enquiries, co-ordinating Marketing Development Funds, and organising logistics and setups for events and exhibitions, and providing leadership in people management.
If you're a natural leader with excellent time management and a passion for marketing.
Key responsibilities:
•Assigning, and tracking of marketing leads through the pipeline.
•Optimise processes to ensure efficient lead management.
•Collaborate with sales teams to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.
•Oversee the monitoring and management of marketing inboxes for timely responses to enquiries.
•Oversee all aspects of funding processes and ensure compliance with guidelines and deadlines.
•Collaborate with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to plan and execute events and exhibitions.
•Manage logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, and transportation.
•Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
•Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Marketing Co-ordinators.
•Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
•Plan and run events ensuring everything is done to time.
What we’re looking for:
•Proven experience in marketing co-ordination or related roles
•Experience with lead management and reporting
•Experience with setup, management, and running of events, webinars, and exhibitions
•Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Excel and Power BI
•Experience with funding claims processing and online portal management
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Exceptional organisational and project management skills
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
•Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
•Leadership experience and team management skills
