Due to continued growth, together we are recruiting a Field Service Engineer to cover Gloucestershire and Wiltshire areas.

With strong knowledge of plant equipment repair, the successful applicant will be required to utilise their skills and experience in servicing and repairing plant equipment on customer sites, across the South West.

The company has a reputation for quality, and prides itself on its reactive and industry leading repair and maintenance service, therefore applicants must be customer centric and able to uphold the company standards already set.

Duties Include, but not limited to:

  • Attending customer sites to conduct and complete scheduled services or repair work on company manufactured equipment.
  • Communicating with the office coordination team to ensure effective planning and delivery of the service schedule.
  • To ensure that all work is carried out in a safe manner and in compliance with Health and Safety Procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports.
  • Carrying out machine commissions, demonstrations and operator familiarisation as required.

Required for the role:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering and/or NVQ Level 3 in Plant Maintenance or equivalent.
  • Sound knowledge of servicing & repairing plant/construction machinery.
  • Happy to travel within the role, with some overnight stays.
