Our client is a leading provider of educational and training services dedicated to fostering the growth and development of individuals in the field of playworker, they are committed to nurturing talent and empowering professionals to excel in their careers.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and support to apprentices enrolled in their playworker apprenticeship programme.

Deliver engaging playworker training sessions, workshops, and practical activities to apprentices, ensuring alignment with the playworker apprenticeship standards and curriculum.

Provide individualised support and mentoring to apprentices, addressing any learning needs or challenges they may encounter during their training.

Collaborate with curriculum development teams to enhance and update training materials, resources, and assessments to meet the evolving needs of the playworker industry.

Maintain high standards of quality assurance in training delivery and assessment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Monitor apprentices' progress and performance throughout their apprenticeship, tracking milestones, and facilitating their transition into the workforce upon completion.

A recognized qualification in playworker from level 2 or a related field (e.g., childcare, education, youth work).

Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on industry trends and best practices.

Experience in delivering training or teaching, and knowledge of apprenticeship delivery frameworks, is advantageous.
