From pro-audio sound systems in prestigious auditoria to immersive environments in high-end retail spaces, you'll contribute to the creation of technologically advanced, yet user-friendly environments. Whether it's setting up boardroom videoconferencing or implementing unified communications infrastructure for multinational corporations, your technical expertise will ensure seamless operation and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and resolve complex AV-related issues on-site and remotely. Prioritize and handle support requests efficiently. Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional support. Conduct scheduled maintenance visits and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with the support team to establish best practices. Share insights and feedback on product design to enhance future projects. Assist in scoping and specifying AV solutions for diverse client requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in fault finding and resolving AV issues. Strong knowledge of audio, videoconferencing, and control systems. Proficiency in IT networking and AV systems integration. Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions. Technical expertise in sound engineering and signal flow. Relevant industry accreditations and familiarity with leading platforms. Familiarity with videoconferencing platforms and hardware. Health and safety accreditations. Residency within Greater London.
