Contract Manager – Leicester
£Monday to Friday (37.Permanent

This role will require you to take ownership of multiple service contracts or projects within highway electrical infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who ideally has highways/road experience but welcome applicants from related industries such as Civil Engineering and Local Authority Maintenance.

Discretionary annual bonus on top of salary
~ Company car and fuel card
~26 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday, increasing to 29 days with length of service
~5 hour working week plus paid overtime and unsociable hours uplift
~ Excellent pension, matching contributions up to 10% of pensionable salary
~ Flexible benefits to suit your personal needs
~ Support end to end management of installations across the West and East Midlands
Management of medium sized on site team ensuring all H&S, quality objectives and delivery timescales are met
Overseeing the planning of your team’s work
Management of a wide portfolio of projects at the same time, varying in value from £10K to £500K

Previous experience in Project Management – essential
Experience within highways or Section 278 works – desirable
