We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations to ensure efficient and timely movement of goods from suppliers to our warehouses and to our customers. Your expertise in logistics and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Freight Booking and Coordination:

Arrange timely and cost-effective transportation of goods from suppliers to our warehouses.
Collaborate with freight forwarders and carriers to optimize shipping routes and negotiate competitive rates.
Coordinate with the Warehouse team to schedule shipments and meet customer delivery deadlines.
Store Transfers and Replenishment Orders:

Manage the transfer of goods between retail stores and replenishment orders to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
Collaborate with store managers and inventory planners to optimize stock movement and minimize stockouts.
Prioritize speed to warehouse for production shipments to minimize lead times and ensure timely availability of products.
Accurately record production shipment receipts in the ERP system and address any discrepancies reported by the warehouse team.
Wholesale Deliveries and Compliance:

Manage all aspects of wholesale deliveries shipped from our warehouses.
Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements for international wholesale orders.
Coordinate with the Wholesale team to communicate shipment status and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in the logistics industry.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics software.
