Salary: Scale 5 point 12-17 (GBP26,421 - GBP28,770), London weighting (GBP2175) pro rata contract

Kingsbury Green Primary School is a successful and ambitious school with a track record of aiming high. We are seeking an intellectually able, creative EYP to join our Early Years team.

The Role:
We are looking for an inspiring individual who will demonstrate:
- Excellent up-to-date knowledge of the Early Years curriculum.
- An understanding of best practice in assessment within an Early Years setting.
- Knowledge of teaching early Reading including phonics and Early Number.
- A deep knowledge of child development and an attitude of 'seek first to understand' when managing behaviour.
- An understanding of safeguarding and safe working practices.
- A good standard of written and spoken English.
Qualification:
- Any relevant qualification that meets the criteria as listed for Early Years professionals.
- Full Paediatric First Aid
- Food Hygiene (desirable)
Experience:
- Experience of working with children ages 3-5 years old.
- Work experience will be taken into consideration.

- Is willing to assist children with their personal care and hygiene when required.

- Excellent understanding of Early Years practice and an ability to plan engaging learning based on children's interest.
