About the Clinic
A leading, multi-disciplinary medical and aesthetics clinic in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Operations Director / Clinic Manager to join their team.

About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, people-focused, and commercially aware Operations Director / Clinic Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across the entire clinic.

You’ll oversee multiple departments, lead teams, improve processes, and ensure the clinic runs efficiently, safely, and in full alignment with CQC standards. This is a hands-on, leadership-driven role at the heart of clinical operations, keeping everything moving, supporting patient flow, and empowering staff to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop teams across Front of House, Patient Coordination, Theatre Support, Facilities, Compliance, IT Support, and Administration
Drive sales performance, patient conversion, and excellent client communication
Own all compliance processes including CQC standards, audits, risk assessments, and documentation
Ensure smooth daily operations, efficient workflows, and exceptional patient experience
Oversee equipment servicing, facilities management, maintenance, and IT troubleshooting
Produce and analyse performance dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting
Recruit, train, mentor, and performance-manage team members
Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and professionalism across the clinic

Who We’re Looking For
~5+ years senior operations management experience within healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or luxury service
~ Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and clinical governance
~ Ability to lead multiple teams and manage a busy, multi-department environment
~ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with data and KPIs
~ Strong communicator with confidence, positivity, and a proactive approach
~ Someone who thrives in a fast-paced clinical setting with high service expectations
