IT Project Coordinator Opportunity
Join our client, a leading technology solutions company, as an IT Project Coordinator and become a key player in the success of IT projects delivered to their clients. As an IT Project Coordinator, you'll support project planning, execution, and monitoring while ensuring smooth communication with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll assist Project Leads to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate IT project activities and maintain project documentation
- Assist Project Leads in managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements
- Collaborate with the IT Solutions Technical Advisory Leader to ensure resource availability for pre-sales, project, and marketing activities
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a similar project coordination role, ideally within the IT industry
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Six Sigma
- Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to travel nationally and internationally
- Right to work in the UK
