Are you an experienced Commissioning Home Manager looking for a new challenge? Here's a fantastic opportunity to open a brand new residential care home for Older People / Dementia in Lincoln. This luxurious new home, complete with outstanding facilities, offers a unique chance to shape the future of care in the area.
This role comes with a salary of £70,000, negotiable based on experience. You'll also have the unique opportunity to be involved in the commissioning and onboarding of staff for the service, and contribute to the development of the home. Plus, you'll be joining a team committed to exceeding company and CQC requirements.
Our client is a leading provider of residential care for Older People / Dementia. They're committed to delivering exceptional care in luxurious settings, and they're looking for a Commissioning Home Manager to help them open their latest home in Lincoln.
As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will:
  • Be integral in the commissioning of the new home
  • Onboard and mentor new staff
  • Develop quality improvement plans to meet and exceed company and CQC requirements
  • Build positive relationships with both internal and external agencies
  • Use your sales & marketing skills to promote the home

The successful Commissioning Home Manager will have:
  • Experience in Residential Care for Older People with Good CQCs
