Position Overview : As the Vice President of International Operations, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing all facets of our global operations. Reporting directly to the President of Fanatics International, you will lead a diverse team and spearhead strategies to drive efficiency, growth, and profitability in our international markets. Your primary focus will be on harmonizing operations, managing cross-border logistics, and ensuring consistency in execution to achieve our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Spearhead strategies for international operations, with a core focus on building and refining world-class DTC consumer experiences aligned with the President's global expansion vision.
  2. Lead and optimize multifaceted operations, encompassing supply chain, warehousing, logistics, jersey customization, and specialized event merchandise operations.
  3. Establish and maintain robust processes and procedures to streamline operations, optimize supply chains, and ensure regulatory compliance in different global markets.
  4. Directly contribute to the hands-on development and improvement of consumer experiences, ensuring seamless end-to-end journeys and personalization.
  5. Cultivate and manage relationships with the likes of UEFA, NFL, NBA, PSG, DFB, Olympics Paris, and Euro24 partners, ensuring flawless execution of merchandise operations for these renowned events and clubs.
  6. Drive the development of exceptional DTC experiences, actively involved in crafting and refining consumer journeys tailored to specialized sporting event enthusiasts.
  7. Mentor and empower a diverse global team, fostering a culture of innovation, precision, and operational excellence.
  8. Collaborate with other departments (such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR) to integrate cross-functional strategies that support international expansion and market penetration.
  9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess operational efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive continuous enhancement.
  10. Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  11. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international partners, vendors, government entities, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and resolve potential challenges.

Qualifications :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven track record of at least 10 years of successfully crafting and refining consumer journeys in a hands-on capacity within the context of prestigious sporting events and international markets.
  3. Strong understanding of global business practices, cultural nuances, and regulatory requirements in various international markets.
  4. Expertise in supply chain optimization, partner management, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences in an international setting.
  5. Exceptional leadership skills, capable of fostering innovation, precision, and operational excellence within global teams.
  6. Superb strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.
  7. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  9. Proficiency in relevant software and technologies used in operations management and analysis.
