Our range of products goes from traditional incandescent bulbs and fittings that can be difficult to find elsewhere, to modern energy-efficient solutions, like LED, which deliver long-lasting lighting that's better for the environment.

As a Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3) at our leading online supplier of light bulbs, light fittings, and specialist lamps, you will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. You will assist in maintaining efficient processes, managing data, and providing exceptional customer service.

What you will do in your working day

  • Process orders and handle customer inquiries
  • Update databases and manage inventory
  • Create product spreadsheets from PDF catalogs and websites
  • Upload products on website using the product management system
  • Perform basic
  • Photoshop work for product images
  • Make changes and fix bugs for existing products, including price updates and discontinued items
  • Apply SEO guidelines and conduct keyword research
  • Use email template software for marketing campaigns
Entry requirements

GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade 4 / C or above) Essential
