Java/Kotlin Developer (Rest API Development and Web Scraping Team)
We are seeking a talented and passionate Java/Kotlin Developer to join our Rest API Development and Web Scraping team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Kotlin programming, with extensive experience in developing scalable Rest APIs and web scraping tools. You will play a key role in building and maintaining our core technology stack, which powers our brand protection platform.
Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java and Kotlin code for Rest API services and web scraping tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and functionality for our brand protection solutions.
Implement robust data collection and processing mechanisms to gather and analyze web data for brand protection insights.
Work on the optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability, while ensuring data security and privacy.
Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for existing applications.
Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards and promote best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven software development experience with Java and Kotlin.
Strong understanding of RESTful API development principles and experience with web services integration.
Experience with web scraping technologies and frameworks (e.g., Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and deploying applications in a cloud environment.

Strong communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
