The role will involve growing the property register; maximising branch profitability and by assisting in managing and developing the sales team to reach their full potential. You will be a seasoned Estate Agency Sales professional in a similar management role or a capable Senior Sales Negotiator with exceptional listing skills, ready to take the next step in your career. You will have the ability to build an excellent rapport with clients delivering first class experience every time.
